    Through our proposed marketing proposal/retainer, we will execute a results-oriented business strategy & tactics to develop your branding and marketing campaigns. By phasing out the master plan, we will create local, regional, national (and eventually global) campaigns around the "Real Estate Lifestyle". The approach is to educate, inform and create opportunities for people to prosper including buyers, sellers, builders, relevant product and services companies.

     

    KEY STRATEGIES:

    Marketing isn’t something you do once, it takes consistent content creation, fine tuning and ongoing development and measurement to establish brand awareness and be recognized as the company of choice within the luxury real estate industry.

     

    The WHI agency will effectively become your marketing department by:

    • Focus efforts on Integrity, Design, Excellence, Convenience and Audience Engagement

    • Create a brand identity including logo design, colors, and fonts & style guidelines for online/offline marketing collateral

    • Design specific, visually compelling marketing collateral and promotional sales tools (Ads, videos, podcasts, streaming shows, documentaries, influencer-driven content etc.)

    Develop and manage an integrated Digital Marketing Strategy including:

    • Website(s) and landing pages

    • Multiple social media platforms

    • Mobile app(s)

    • Email Campaigns

    • Text messaging campaigns

    • Reputation management (reviews)

    • SEO/SEM

    • Customer service (live and AI)

    • The virtual space (Metaverse).

    Content Development

    Provide management and creation of original Audio, Video and Social Media initiatives to attract, inform and retain interest in the brand including teasers, trailers, long-form productions etc. This will be distributed through multiple channels.

    Implementation of best in class marketing, promotion, brand, customer service initiatives, training programs and education.

    DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT MARKETING PLAN

    Develop a marketing plan that takes stock of marketplace position, implement strategies and activities that will meet the Premier Properties monthly, quarterly and annual goals.

    Also, start working towards a virtual "Metaverse" type of community platform that modernizes the Multiple Listing Service systems (MLS) and create unique marketing opportunities for Premier Properties On Tour Realty Group. Bottomline, A new way to create social connections and conduct "real world" real estate related business.

    DEFINE TARGET DEMOGRAPHIC

    For brand marketing to be truly effective we have to know who your audience is and how best to reach them. We’ll take what we already know, and bring new insights, create targeted campaigns, and measure effectiveness.

    • We will analysis local market and define target areas by market trend and demographic activity

    • Define audience personas, habits, patterns, lifestyle and other psychographic information

    AUDIO & VIDEO CONTENT

    Create consistent B2B (business) and B2C (consumer) content to build and solid relationship with target demographic via showcase, education, industry information, tips & tricks, resources, testimonials, interviews with industry experts and other important deliverables.

    • We will start will a 2-5 minute teaser/trailer of a current or previous property and showcase not only the for buyer, but also sellers, builders and other relevant people.  The "Best of the Best" concept
      • Scout property
      • Develop outline & script
      • Create Storyboard and shot list
      • Shoot HD content including multi-camera and drone footage
      • Edit content including graphics and audio overdub
    • We will re-purpose video content into social media and other web content for promotion purposes
    • Possibly create and develop a pre-recorded podcast to also create brand awareness and strengthen credibility in the market.
    • Promote ALL Premier Properties services including concierge, design/landscaping, vast resources, open house tours and other relevant events

    WEBSITE + ONGOING CREATION OF DIGITAL CAMPAIGNS

    We will perform a preliminary website analysis and overview, implement proper Search Engine Optimization tools for natural search, establish clear call-to-action requests, and develop targeted landing page(s) to connect all integrated marketing initiatives.

    Utilizing existing content, will update all brand and marketing messaging and install tools to begin capturing leads immediately. We will perform regular monthly reviews to ensure effectiveness and success of messaging that results in optimal lead capture and premium customer service.

    LAUNCH TARGETED CAMPAIGNS

    Create targeted marketing campaigns for identified verticals & decision makers. For each campaign, we will do all creative content development (video, text, static, display) and manage promotions on all social media portals including Facebook/IG, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

    CREATE EDITORIAL CALENDAR

    In order to keep content flowing smoothly, we’ll create a collaborative editorial calendar that will keep all content inline with goals & objectives, strategy and desired outcome.

    WEEKLY CONSULTING & MONTHLY REPORTING

    As your marketing lead, we will develop, implement, manage and work in partnership and help build a sales process to achieve company goals. We’ll also spend time analyzing existing results, and strategizing for business success.

    EMAIL MARKETING

    Based on our strategies, we will help execute all email marketing campaigns using custom tools.

    CREATE NEW MONTHLY/QUARTERLY OFFERS

    New offers create new leads, so we’ll need to continually create new content that your customers will want to read and engage. We’ll coordinate new offers each month using our signature production method.

    CREATE THE ENTIRE LEAD GENERATION SEQUENCE FOR EACH OFFER

    An effective offer path means that we create calls-to-action, landing pages, the appropriate forms, thank you pages, and follow-up emails that all work together.

    DEVELOP AUTOMATED WORKFLOWS AND LIST SEGMENTATION

    We’ll set up workflows that help move leads through the sales funnel.

    SALES GUIDANCE & INTEGRATION

    In order to create an integrated campaign flow leading to positive ROI, we will work with a Customer Relationship Management platform (CRM) to help stay organized and close more conversions/sales from generated leads. We’ll be able to report specific ROI on marketing dollars and tactics.

    Expenses for PR, TV/Cable/radio advertising, print costs, travel, meals, lodging, merchandise collateral will be billed directly to Premier Properties(PP). Expenses for agreed upon creative, management, report production and analytics & measurement are included or will be absorbed by WHI Agency. In addition, if there are fees for purchasing tools, assets, labor or resources, we will bring those to PP for consideration. We are sensitive to the financial challenges facing a small, growing business. It is our objective to help shoulder some of this expense by discounting our services & fees and utilizing our extensive resources so together we can build something bigger. We will always use our utmost discretion to keep costs low and still achieve the desired results. There will be times which require new development (extending team, event activities, or other new opportunities that we agree would be beneficial) and in those instances we will work together to determine the most cost effective options to reach optimal return.
